As a parent of twins Alfred and Michael both born with a Craniofacial Differences,Cleft Lip and Palate. I hope to bring resources, support and build relationships with all our patients and families around the world . Our families  are so wonderful and so supportive of each other.  I look forward meeting  new families and look forward to our Foundation growing.  – Rachel Mancuso

CEO and Founder Rachel@cleftsmile.org

As a parent of a daughter, Molly, a child with pervasive development delays, I am familiar with what it is like to raise a child that does not fit the ordinary expectations each of us begin with when we dream of becoming a parent. I joined the board of The Cleft Lip and Palate Foundation of Smiles in order to offer my experience as a parent of a child with special needs. As a parent of a child with special needs I feel compelled to share what I have learned with others and to provide to them the same compassionate guidance that so many others have provided to my wife and I over the years for our daughter.– Michael Monheit, Attorney michael@monheit.com

I am a mother of three. My youngest child, Amanda was born with a cleft palate and is hearing & visually impaired. Being apart of of this foundation is an amazing support outlet for me and I love being part of a “family” that gives strength to each other during our daily lives. We all help increase cleft lip & palate awareness. For that, I am forever thankful. – Milinda Catalano Milinda@cleftsmile.org
